    We should have Halloween in April in Sacto. We should start the big Purim Parade in Capitola. Mardi Gras in December in San Rafael to benifit New Orleans...

                I think the key is to send out news releases and flyers to all the high schools and junior colleges in the East Bay and the Peninsula, giving an erroneous location in Fort Mason.

                  Well, if we had Purim celebrations in SR, Folsom in Tracy, etc. we'd have to go do flyering first so they "get" these holidaze...sounds like a good excuse for costuming, though.
                  
                  What if we go all out on Pink Saturday? The crowd's much queerer'n'nicer then anyway. 's a good a time as any to acknowledge dead people.
